Airless dispenser
The dispensing head, airless pump and outer structure stay in use. Brands do not discard the pump and the full outer pack with every refill.
Airless Pak mono is a refillable airless packaging system for cosmetics and skincare: a reusable airless pump paired with a replaceable, PE-based airless refill pouch that holds your formula. Available from 30 ml to 300 ml.
Two main parts with different jobs: one designed to last, one designed to be replaced. The interface between them is what makes a flexible pouch work as an airless pack.
The dispensing head, airless pump and outer structure stay in use. Brands do not discard the pump and the full outer pack with every refill.
A lightweight flexible pouch holds the formula. It collapses as product is dispensed and is replaced when empty.
The spout, valve and connection architecture link the flexible pouch to the dispenser, supporting filling, sealing and controlled dispensing.
In a conventional pump bottle, outside air replaces the product that leaves. In Airless Pak mono, the flexible pouch is designed to collapse as product is dispensed instead, so the formula is pushed out without the pack filling with outside air.
The filled pouch connects to the dispenser through its spout.
Each pump stroke delivers a controlled dose.
The pouch contracts as it empties, helping minimize residue.
The empty pouch is removed and a new refill is connected.
Watch the refill pouch being replaced (0:23).

Product category alone does not decide suitability. We review the formula and dispensing needs together:
A proportion of post-consumer recycled (PCR) material can be incorporated. Components and recycled content are defined for each project, subject to compatibility and performance requirements.
Pouch graphics, matte finishes, dispenser appearance and decoration can be reviewed for your project and checked against the final material specification.
Existing pump specifications and filling partners can be evaluated. Compatibility is confirmed per project rather than assumed.
